Blackbird (Turdus merula), singing male. Bogense havn, Funen, Denmark. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
a simple bird song
signals the sun
to start shining
the day begins
to bring a brave boy
back from beyond
to return again
to another dreary answerless anytime
for an anticlimax
anachronism, anticlimax, bird song, brave boy, hope
